if you dont have excessive fat, do bloodwork and have ai on hand controlling estrogen is easy, you can also just use supplements like DIM and calcium D-glucarate

managing e levels is the hardest and most important also depends on the ai ur taking and frequency of the dosages personally i use letro its the best ai hands down for me exemestane is also good but arimidex is the shittiest for me personally rapes my brain makes me depressed and emotional asf

tf these guys saying stay by 300 its a very good first cycle do it and see how your body responds to the test in side effects and overall effects some people respons crazy on 300 test someother not so just look how you responds if you dont like how you resonds higher or lower but stay with 300 at first not go randomly up to 500 tf stay by your cycle and look how you responds and adjust after first cycle.300 is even high ngl i know people how completely changed with 250 so please stay by 300 you fuck up everything just cause some retards with bad responds need to go up 500 and dont understand that everyone responds differently
