Autism the an average weight 6’5 person has a daily calorie need of 2,400 which is only 400 more than average. They can’t eat like a pig and not gain weight that’s why fat tall people exist.

Ok just decide how much I eat for me yourself. Reminder I count calories for everything and multiply by 1.2 for each value to account for potential under read on nutritional information. It’s just high metabolism.
