I shower less now, like 3 times a week
blackpill and looksmaxxing made me realize its not needed to shower daily to be good looking, to be have good hair, to smell good. Regardless I should be doing it daily jfl

I just use natural conditioner on hair. And i use a little natural shampoo on body

@ArvidGustavsson nigga dont ugh react i just miss like 2 or 3 showers a week I’d prefer some extra sleep instead of showering. Its just on days where i dont exercise and just rot

Your not supposed to shower daily. Especially dont use soap daily, it fucks up your skin. I dont use shampoo anymore and I only use minimal soap.

I shower daily because hot water feels nice and it stops me from roping.
