Either increase to 0.05 or 0.1 or just get on isotretinoin. Your skin doesn’t seem iso bad but if nothing can fix it just do it. Could try to use azelaic acid + tretinoin could help

ok how long did you use it for? if it was 3 months plus either up the concentration or look into tazarotene because it is the strongest topical retinoid for water retention you should moderate and balance how much salt you eat in a day and use a diuretic. the easiest one to get your hands on is diruex max bc you can find it on amazon. just be sure to be hydrated or else you can get horrible side effects
