Not the chin but i had to deal with a similar recession, maybe getting a pallate expander and braces could help because thats what helped me get a decent amount of foward growth, my chin is still straight flat today though so aside from if you got so much bone growth that your chin wouldn't be recessed anymore surgery is the only option.
