Some people might need more or less. 300mg pregab for me makes me feel too drunk and buzzed, so I'd rather take less to feel relaxed but smoother. Just remember to not take pregab everyday or often because withdrawal can be pretty bad. Depending on your nervous system and brain network, you can either have higher anxiety when you're off pregab the next day or nothing at all.
