A lot of people are on that or more a day. That sht stays long in ur blood, taking a higher dose 2-3 times a week is just fine.
Personally I just do 1 mg every 2 days, that's enough. Taking more than needed brings more risk ofc.

There's no point in taking more than 1,5 pet day for hairloss. I recommend buying 5mg tabs and splitting them in 4, much cheaper than 1mg.
