Time to workout!!

I'll try to do full body this time. I never do full body, but I feel bad for eating so many carbs earlier. They were mostly healthy carbs though, but still, I have to
make up for it!

I drink water while working out cuz my mouth gets super dry to the point where my lips get stuck to my teeth during sets. I'm kinda crazy in the gym (home gym nowadays). I do most exercises with only one set, but they are always really high effort.

Sleep is OK; should've gotten a couple more hours last night tho, so you're right.

Instead of caffeine you should listen to music that makes you euphoric, on full volume

I do that too. Felt kinda unmotivated today, so I needed that extra punch of the caffeine. Won't be taking any more today though, as I always try not to exceed 400 mg/day. Usually I try to do around 200 mg.

Caffeine is poison for the heart, you should do your best to avoid it as much as possible

i cant go without eating tbh i get so tired and sleepy, i need some food to keep me alert, although i have gone on 3 day water fasts at 19 and 20 i dont do it anymore as 3 days of living like a zombie isnt worth it imo esp since your thyroid and T levels tank and take a week to recover. i think 500 cal deficit is best

I disagree. Moderate amounts have been shown to promote longevity and help alleviate symptoms of depression. At least with coffee. I usually drink coffee.

That works, just takes a lot longer though. Maybe if you did a ketogenic diet with a lot of vegetables you could increase the deficit and still feel fine.
