I thought it worked better if you took it fasted??Just in case, don't take ashwagandha/theanine in a fasted state (first thing in the morning). Cortisol and adrenaline raises blood sugar levels in a fasted state. Best to take with or after a meal.

Na, stress hormones increase blood sugar levels when you are in a fasted state. Reducing stress hormones further can cause hypoglycemia, which is more dangerous than high blood sugar levels.I thought it worked better if you took it fasted??
