The worst? Probably a heart attack, but that's the worst case scenario. I'm going to follow the 2 week on 2 week off protocol, avoid intense cardio and take fish oil/krill oil

Brutal. I had a similar experience in November where I was making good progress on the cut. i went crazy on thanksgiving and my subhuman binging trickled to christmas, 2 months of cutting WASTED
