That’s probably why i didnt get too bloated , im still on 10mg a day . I take it at night to avoid hunger

I just took it at night and now I'm eating a shit ton

I'm lowering from 25 mg to 12.5mg

i'm thinking 6-12 mg is ideal for facial aesthetics
