Niacin for red flush is a joke JFL. Same exact thing happened to me. My whole chest, face, and arms were burning for a whole hour. All it took was one pill too. That shit was painful.

Ended up taking it one more time afterwards and went through the same exact scenario for another hour jfl. Never again.
