any other advice? i like to say i had a pretty big glow up from that photo i sent of me a year ago but all i really did was lose a bit of weight, it’s still a mental habit for me to sometimes pig out on food even if i’m not hungry and it fucks up all the progress i thought i had. i really js wanna know if there’s anything else i can improve on without surgeries
