Just walked past a dude with a gun

So i was walking omw home and from a distance i saw a guy squatting in the corner of some bushes talking to someone on the phone holding something i kinda thought was a pistol but also thought nah

I got closer and saw it indeed was a pistol, looked like a black glock, i walked up 5 feet away from him, looked at him and walked away.

Not sure what his deal was, planning to shoot someone idk
