2 months of working out consistently till failure and progressive overloading, eating in a calorie surplus, no processed foods, around 8 eggs a day sometimes less sometimes more, 1l of milk a day and whenever I wanted a snack I made toasted bread with butter and sea salt and salmon eggs, even without salmon eggs it's still really good. Even beforei started going to gym I still a had a better than average physique because I was eating clean, I was exercising a bit at home it wasn't much thoI'm 17, 5'10 (177cm), Asian, yellow skin ahhh.
I spent 11 months in the gym, fitness was my main pursuit, and my physique is still ass. My face is fucking ugly. The last pic is the leanest my face has ever been, when I was 64kg (80kg now). What do I need to do to ascend? My crush is giving me dry text and I'm fucking tired of seeing myself
