Thats really my only heightmax advice I would give.
People overcomplicate it, fraud 2-3 inches. I would say 2 to be safe but, its a game man.
People who see you for example at work see you at that frauded height, they think thats you. In their head thats what you are, not at home.
In the club you need to spacemax: and take up as much room as possible no reason not to wear boots and jeans. Your looking for a short term investment anyway and HOPEFULLY YOU BOTH ARE DRUNK and wouldnt be able to tell if u even took off ur shoes. Always say oh Im a bit shorter bc of shoes.
Frauding is a game, you dont put yourself in situatons where u can get caught. If I wear lifts, my boys know and help eachother or we just wont if we end up at a girls house but if your 5'8 going to 5'11 is huge.
Wear tight clothes to proportionmax (Looks taller in general) and helps fix wingspan problem
Its cheap and instant. Keep coping with ur pharma or just get LL like Mr.Barret
