Biggest falios are long midface, lack of forward growth in all aspects and negative canthal tilt. Lefort 1 will improve undereyes slightly but due to shitty midface and weird ratios I will still be sub 5. If I were to get bimax (which I have no motivation for atm) it would probably increase me by 0.5 points at best.

Even the 7/10 Wasian foid said my NCT was the biggest problem and didn't notice the underbite.
