we all know the sooner you start trying to improve your looks the better results you will get.

No one is improving anything here. The best you can do for looks is eating healthy, keeping yourself fit and sleeping well. The rest is on your psyche, the more you isolate yourself, the more distant you become and the more self destructive you turn, the more your looks will not matter. Once puberty begins, you can only do soft looksmaxxing, unless if you are stupid enough to believe you can somehow get high quality double jaw surgery for a cheap price in Turkye. If surgery was that easy, then we would see Clav or other big names take it since they have the money and influence yet still they do not, since it is highly risky. Which again, you only have one path.

HGH and all these hormone drugs will only effect your skeleton if you are a young child. You cannot change bone once it is done growing.
