In my country, when hair transplants were a new thing, a doctor opened a clinic and to get some good publicity he offered free hair transplants to celebrities and famous people. Some accepted the offer, but got their scalped butchered, less than 10% of the transplanted hair follicles survived...
This basically destroyed the hair transplant industry in Romania, everyone here now steers away from Romanian doctors for this and prefers to go to Turkey which offers great quality at an affordable price.

Turkey has too many cheap technician run clinics

I know someone with a bad HT irl tbh, kinda hurts seeing that
