Its not about being natty or juiced. Its about having the thickness of bones and joints, and torso width.

Even with good frame and genetics it's so much effort and won't even improve your smv barely at all. For the vast majority of people it's not worth it imo they might as well focus on moneymaxxing and getting surgeries staying lean and everything else

Would you say its worth it if 5psl and above or just gym, because it's healthy and focus on leanmaxxing?

I would say do it if you enjoy it and want to do it to be a bit healthier and maintain enough muscle to be perceived as manly. You're not gonna look very impressive natty unless you're a serious genetic outlier

His shoulders are wide, has long clavicles but a small ribcage, that's why his frame looks kind weird, there's a guy on TikTok with a similar body build that also looks strange.
