This is not robust development for a man! Get your facts straight. Androgeny is a marker of poorer development in men.
Asymmetrical development can be diamorphic but it doesn't mean that it's attractive to women because of the health implications of breeding with said males.

Good ramus, good gonial angle, decent hollowness of the cheeks, 90% of men dont have even one of those
From the side you can see the tall ramus, the low gonial angle, positive oribtal vector, forwardly grown maxilla, only flaw is this browridge. Other than that, he has amazing bone development. His most important bones (jaw, cheekbones) are robust and thats what matters the most even if his other features are more feminine
