Dude likes to fight hand to hand and kick the opponents legs and has good defence to avoid going to the ground. If he can somehow stop Khabib from getting him on the ground in the corner of the octagon he might win.

Khabib also struggled to defeat Dustin Poirier quickly despite that fight being on the ground most of the time. I can see Justin Gaethje maybe winning this but Khabib is tricky so who knows.
