Jutting Jaw

Yo wsg gang so basically when I touch my molars, my face gets shorter and the cheeks get fatter obv. My top front teeth also go ahead of the bottom ones.

When I touch my front teeth, my molars dont touch.

My question is what do I exactly need to fix this? Surgery or something else? And even if I do it, will my bottom molars go upwards? Permanently making my face shorter, or will my upper molars/jaw come down?

Just jut makes me look way better personally, im researching a way to fix overbite naturally too but for now am just jutting, not jutting might even damage the tmj
