U shouldnt do it often only when u want to look good for Like a Photo or when foids r arnd
It doesnt cause resecion all though it can restrict Ur Facia wich makes u look reseced
Otherwise it can cause bitte problems and Ur Jaw Area will hurt Bad and be
Sore as shit

Overall as I Said only do it when pics taken or when lie foids r Arnd and u should now Focus on getting Ur facia right and u should stop jutting for a while now
