believe it or not the same laws that protect children ecourage them to be violent criminal animals. Thats the reason school crime and violence is so high. The youth know their treated differently and in that school environment its a different world, might rules and your never punished, a perfect breading ground for violent youths. Often you will find they have a long rap sheet of violent crimines, assult another student because you don't like the way they look, its detention for two days, You do the same thing in the real world its assult and battery 8-15 years in prison.
