I try to practice squinting and stuff because one eye has more UEE than the other which is pretty common and it takes alot of effort to get them to look the same through facial posture even in the mirrorone thing I can tell you is,
Relaxing your frontalis lowers your eyebrows over time.
I essentially permanently slightly frown to the point where no wrinkles are visible and my frontalis is COMPLETELY relaxed,
My eyebrows have dropped almost a CENTIMETRE,
It is hard for me to raise my eyebrows nowadays.
I get a lot of eye strain and head aches but is it worth it?

I figured at the time it’s down to the way you sleep , which yes is true:
However this is not the actual cause but it just makes the causation happen if that makes sense.
Essentially it’s down to your sinuses,
If you have a deviated septum for example your sinuses clog and it causes more fluid to be held around the eye where the nostril is smaller caused by the deviation of the septum.
Sleeping does the same thing ,
It causes what ever side you sleep on for the sinuses to clog and build fluid , in turn storing more fluid around the eyes; therefore LESS UEE.
Basically if you sleep on the side with more UEE , you may see an improvement in one or two days ,
And yes it is noticeable.
