Should i buy and use K2 MK-4 or MK-7 and if so what daily dose should i take? MK-4 is currently unavailable to buy in my country anywhere just MK-7. Should buy MK-4 or MK-7. Are there any noticeable side effects like acne or something.
Also what's a good price for it?
