i've been reading things about k2 mk4, and it seems that we dont really need to ultramegadose it to get its benefits. Look:
first here's the woman who started all this thing:
she is 170cm. She and her husband took 15mg/day for 6months + 45mg/day for 18months. And they had pretty good bone gains from this.
This shit improves a lot of things like skin and other things. There are a lot of k2 mk4 in the brain too.
the woman said in the beggin she felt her liver working hard so they preferred to wait till up to higher than 15mg/day
and this woman had osteoporosis on his jaw. His husband had a diagnosed problem of lack of growth. So the K2 sent the calcium there and it grew as it should.

with this in mind. It logically seems to me that a super megadose of k2 will not super increase your bones. It just fills what should be filled. Look at this woman and her husband. It did the bone trick to them, but than it stopped. They had lack of bone where it should be. It was filled.
its a good supp anyway.
I'll buy this and try it, I'll giv to my mom too, she might benefit from it I think, she has some strange pains, tiredness problems etc.
d3 + magnesium + k2
and A D E K calcium
K1 must be there too from food
anyway, do ur research and read about it.
I liked the torn2tears text, this shit is good, maybe a lot of people 'd benefit from this, lifes saved etc.
Look at this study showing lower doses helps too.

DISCUSSION: Has vitamin K-2 (mk-4 or mk7) helped you ?
Hi all, On an other thread, Asklipia mentionned MK-4 as the treatment that helped him most. I quote : "Menatetrenone (MK4 sold under the name "Glakay" by Eisai (Japan) 60% cured if you can give such a rating". Has someone else also tested K-2 with some success? What were the symptoms...

Hi all, I was wondering if any of you had similar experiences with MK4, and problems determining the correct dosages. As a quick background, I read

Menaquinone-4 (MK-4) administered at a pharmacological dosage of 45 mg/day has been used for the treatment of osteoporosis in Japan. However, it is not known whether a lower dose of MK-4 supplementation is beneficial for bone health in healthy postmenopausal women. The aim of this study was to...
