zygos seem to hurt and I can see them in pictures, weight is about the same, this is now 3 months into daily 50mg k2 mk4 + bunch of other shit
teeth are whiter and my upper palate seems to expanded cuz my overbite is much more pronounced

imo my supplement stack has doing a lot for my height. grew like 1.5 in since december and I literally came back from a two week hiatus and someone said I looked noticeably taller hello?

hgh high vit k2 d3 aromasin melatonin carnitine EAAs creatine 9 hours sleep is my heightmaxxing stack but i wanna add a ghrh analog (somatostatin inhibitor) + flurbiprofen + lr3 would be ideal but fua thats so much and its so expensive

Grew 2 inches in the past year (currently 16n a half) from 5'11 -> 6'1 I believe heigthmaxxing helped noticeably however I wouldve grown like 1.5+ inches naturally i feel as I have continued growth noticeably even in windows I wasnt taking my whole stack

+ Ive been focusing on gymcelling a shit ton lately

(currently out of Chinese HGH so cycled off and tapered w therapeautic mk677 dose)

660mg KSM-66 Ashwaghanda
Calcium carbonate +zinc and other things supplement

Not correlated but I also take collagen supplements
