Title fuck it, no one talk about the difference between MK4 AND MK7 and how the fuck some ppl here suggest to take 60 FUCKING MG of K2 :lul:

Don't overdose on this shit bro. I did a huge amount and I got anal fissures and my ass was bleeding so much :feelswah::feelswah::feelswah:. I stopped taking it and I was fine (y)

you can't megadose mk7 no more than 100mcg it's dangerous, same with k1 supplements

you can take as much mk4 as you want but make sure to take plenty of calcium from milk with it since k2 lowers your serum blood calcium levels by putting it in your bones for growth

more like 300 pasture raised eggs lmao, our ancestors ate rotten (fermented) meat to get huge amounts of k2 mk4 the other food sources are grassfed meat organs eggs, raw milk, grassfed butter, cheese, fermented vegetables

It was cause my k2 had lots of calcium as well and in total it was 5000mg calcium plus the k2 which made awful intestinal pains. So much that I would scream on the toilet. Stop taking it for 1 day and am perfect now :love:

very good apart from the omega 3 supplement it might feel good in the short term due to the immunosuppression effect but the same effect causes cancer diabetes and heart disease long term it's as bad as seed oils

as for calcium it's not the end of the world to supplement it as long as you take k2 and d3 too, milk and most dairy products will contain the nutritional cofactors necessary to utilize that calcium properly it's the best source other good sources are bone broth and egg shells

Oh no, mb (I forgot to remove it from my Supplements section, since the important nutrients themselves I will get from supplements). For Cholesterol I will eat eggs, red meat, organs, seafood and dairy products; especially cheese.

At the beginning of the year my parents took me to a Nephrologist who first recommended me some drugs (I don't remember what they were exactly) but I think this was basically to regulate the production levels of some hormones that were in excess and prevented me from growing, months then I came back and she prescribed Omega3, that's the reason for my consumption; without adding its benefits.

yes, when doctors aren't prescribing poisons like ssris or statins and want to take a more ''natural'' approach they will prescribe omega 3, calcium and iron, the three supplements that have the most harmful effects on people, they are smart people but at the end of the day most are just doing their job and pushing what they have been taught to push

the studies on omega 3 last a few months so there isn't enough time for cancers or afib to develop and on that time scale, the immunosuppressive anti inflammatory effects seem beneficial

you lose some of the beneficial bacterial strain in pasteurized milk but you can get those from kefir cheese yogurt kimchi sauerkraut etc

Likewise, I was always inconsistent with my Omega3 supplementation (I lasted almost a full-month taking day/night daily, but I don't anymore).

I heard that Kefir is good and many Looksmaxers drink it as a supplement to raw milk, I will definitely tbhngl.

The first and last time I drank Raw milk was in a farm where I live (a long time ago honestly), I drank it together with Chocomilk (but if I remember correctly, it was too much milk and chocomilk) I swear that day I spent it in the Bathroom and with stomach pain (although it's partly understandable, because it was a reasonable amount), I will try it again. I'm not lactose intolerant but my stomach is weaker/sensitive, I'll get CircleDNA and Viome for that.

Last thing (I had also asked you in another comment), could you send me a PM? I wanted to ask you some important things about which I have doubts.

vitamin a, ashwaganda and collagen maybe. couldnt u just get iodine from iodised salt, much cheaper? magnesium glycinate coz ur probs deficient and helps sleep
 
K2-mk7 turns into mk4 in the body so it doesn't matter.
Mk4 is extremely expensive, you need to je very rich to buy this shit in huge quantities.
I only took cheap mk7 from wish with d3 vitamins everyday since 3 months and i can swear that i could see my face change day after day (i do mewing + bonesmashing).
