Hello Guys,

Im almost 18 years old and was recently diagnosed with Kallmann Syndrom. My growth plates are still slightly open and my doctor estimated my bone age around 16,1 years. So im 17 (in 2 months 18) 164cm tall and i weigh 56kg (Higher body fat %). I will begin my testosterone therapy with 1 injection every 2 weeks in about a week now and later they gonna add additional treatments when my hromone level stabilize.

Since my situation is quite unique, im looking for low risk ways to support my body during this process messing up my therapy or causing any more complications.

My main goals are:

  • Supporting / boosting bone growth while my plates are still open
  • Improving body composition and reducing body fat
  • Complementing my testosterone therapy as safely as possible

I want to make sure i dont mess anything up since my hormone situation is already a mess.

Has anyone been in a similar situarion or has knowledge about what i should do before my plates close completly when i beginn the thearpy.

I would really appreciate any advice

Genetics undeniably plays a role. I was a very late bloomer, but what also helped me was focusing on my health. I’d run about 3-10 miles a day 6x a week, would sleep ALWAYS at least 7 hours, tracked every macro and micronutrient, and tried to get as many cals and protein as possible (at my peak I’d eat about 5k cals a day).

So my parents are pretty short too im almost the same height as my dad but he doesn’t have the kallmann syndrome im the first one in the family. I’m already doing 10k steps a day and going to the gym. I lost about 6kg over the past few months

Also do not use peptides/gh especially if you have preexisting hormone issues. You could stop growing entirely
Well what should i do?
