two twin brothers football players, were at a local track event at a local track meet. Multiple highschools were in this event. It was raining the black kid sat under a tent, the brothers came to him and said he doesnt go to said school, so he needs to move from the tent. The teens mouthed off at each other, then one of the twin brothers grabed the black kids bag, then the black kid warned him twice, The final warning was touch punch me and see what happens. I don't know if both twins attacked but i can confirm at least one did. Mind you its multiple teens , there are no assigned seats, teens have friends and family from all over, everyone is at different tents.
