Your body cant build muscle in a caloric deficit muscle tissues need caloric excess to grow

If you dont workout you genuinely lose a lot of muscle a copious amount and all ur bulking efforts wasted

Your body cant build muscle in a caloric deficit muscle tissues need caloric excess to grow

If you dont workout you genuinely lose a lot of muscle a copious amount and all ur bulking efforts wasted
Ithink that if you lift your whole life even if you're on caloric deficit your whole life you'll still build muscle

I dont really know. Because my dad bought it, it consists of a bench, weight bar with 2 20kg plates, 2 10 kg plates, 2 5 kg plates, squat rack and other free weights. The walk pad costed like 200$ i think.
