Keep cutting or gyno surgery?

I have saved 9k in my bank which 6k would be the maximum cost for the surgery, money not really an issue other than spending I get 3-4k allowance from family per a semester with no rent/tuition out of my pocket but no income/job during semester. I'm 21 and a junior in college should I wait 1-2 more years until I graduate or yolo now and get the glands removed.

Cut, put on some size. Don’t get surgery for that, it isn’t that bad. You have bdd. There are more important things than your almost non existent gynos.
