Hey guys, apologies for the basic question, I get you are supposed to 'search it up', but 90% of threads contradict each other...
I've been working out and getting my protein but I don't know what supplements are important. Assume I eat a protein shake, ground beef and a baked potato every day, what supplements am I going to be missing that are important? Anyone with experience or a good stack please help me out, I know the basics but I'm looking to create a good 'stack' to optimize my health and wellness.
