Keep goatee to hide cooked philtrum?

As you can see in the picture my philtrum is beyond cooked.

I tried to hide it with a goatee but it looks like a 14 yo trying to grow a beard.
(Also ignore that my mustache is oiled up)

Both are cooked; goatee and philtrum.
What is the better option?

nigga lip lift and lips fat grafting dont cost that much. and your facial hair look horrible. its way better to grow a full stubble

I am also a philtrumcel and started with test and oral minox and my facial hair is finally growing

id say grow it more
