Keep matching+vibing with stacies, yet I am afraid to date?

I have no issues with casual shit-chat over app. I can make them laugh and make them vibe, wanting to meet-up with me.

Yet IRL I can often be a bit more careful. I tend to need a while to get comfortable with people where I can show my really cool personality.
At the same time I have the fact I am in a mental ward and this is where I spend most of my weekly hours. This is not an issue that I can't hide it and fraud NT life, but that I would want to share this with girls without them abandoning me. I want to build a real connection.

Been talking to 4 different stacies over the last 2 weeks, and it's been cool fun banter and all. Yet I find myself postponing a real meet-up.

I will address this issue at the ward next week tbh. But for now I'll have to address it with drugs I guess?

Example: If you have a oneitis you aren't dating, you should be able to relate to this topic.
You aren't dating her, why?

Fear of rejection maybe. Fear of not being accepted for who you are.
Feeling like you aren't good enough for her.
