edit : forgot to add that I also added some winny to my cycle 3 days ago

It feels like all of this only makes it 10x worse
I can't move for shit, my body is literally going on a strike
can't eat too

lost like 4kgs already and my skin and overall health is deteriorating fast
I'm literally sweating profusely 24/7 and my bed is just a waterpark atm

what the fuck should I do?
