"KY19382" is a drug candidate, wich means it's still being investigated as a potential medicine, but not aproved for clinical usage. :sneaky::sneaky:
This is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. :lul:

Researchers on the field of regenerative medicine wanted to stimulate our body's ability to repair and regenerate tissues, they knew Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway regulates things like stem cell activity, bone reformation, etc. but the issue was that in a lot of tissues this pathway naturally "breaks" by proteins such as CXXC5. So they wanted to remove the "break" temporarily to stimulate regeneration in damaged tissues.

With this in mind, they developed KY19382.

BUT...

Scientists realized that growth plates also realize on Wnt signaling, and then mouse studies showed KY19382 could help maintain more active growth plate cartilage and delay growth plate senescence. :what:

As a secondary discovery we have the hypothesis that Wnt activation might influence skeletal growth.

We do not know how this would influence skeletal growth on humans, because we do not have clinical studies, however we can expect this to work...
We are currently on preclinical:

KY19382 also helps on hair quality.

Thanks for reading.

Why do people on here think it's as simple as that? Like a Minecraft lever, just pull it and woah! suddenly your growth plates won't close!

It's not that simple, buddy.

regardless, nice thread, keep it up.

doesnt ts cause cancer
as I said, there is no clinical evidence on humans that says anything. But I can tell you that on preclinical literature I didnt find evidence that said that KY19382 caused cancer on healthy animals. I wouldnt say it causes or not.
