Keeping Growth Plates Open

Hey everyone I’m gonna run arimidex with HGH this summer and possibly up to 1 year however I am scared that once I stop taking arimidex my growth plates will fuse entirely and I won’t make anymore facial gains. Is this a possibility? I’m also a late bloomer and am reaching ending tanner stages so need answers NOW
