Last winter I was outside alot and so I was naturally more tan and stipped beta carrotin. Should I supplement it again for better coloring?

Thx man, been working hard and feeling more confident now, after debloating a bit.
Tanning sucks ass for me, my skin turns more redish then brown, but beta carrotin looks better.

do you go somewhere with a tanning bed or tan in the sun?

using tanning lotion could help get better results as well

I haven't seen alot of "realistic" tans made in tanning beds, so I haven't evebeen in one. I haven't looked in to tanning lotions, or even heard of them, what do they do?

prevent burning, make your tan more even, and enhance the amount of uv light you absorb so you can tan for less time to get result
