Kefir is the key to healthy gut since it has a lot of probiotics and excellent for bone health since it's rich in calcium

I find it's taste to be incredible, you can get it cheaper than soda but I usually get the more expensive one since i find that it tastes better. Most companies use kefir starter instead of the traditional stuff to make it, the starter has less probiotics than the traditional one.
