try looking for polish/eastern european corner shops in ur area to get a more polish kefir, if u cant find that u can see if u can order raw milk from a farm, then leave it out in the heat for a couple days and u will make ur own kefir, has to be raw milk tho, pasteurised milk will just become chunky and indigestible
