I would suggest u get fillers tbh. fat is relative unpredictabe compared to filler, and has the potential of forming lumps or bumps this is why fat grafts to the under and upper eyes aren't recommended

I get mine tinted black now and it’s an improvement, so if I got mine way longer could be a big halo and distract from my lack of hooding and kinda sunken orbitals
