Does anyone have experience with keloid scars? I’ve tried various creams and silicone sheets, but nothing seems to help.
I also had surgery to remove them, but unfortunately, that only made them even bigger. Is laser treatment the only option?

Im in a similar boat as you. Hormonal acne during puberty fucked my shoulder/back up with acne, most of which left keloid scars behind. Ive tried silicone sheets and stuff and it just gave incredibly minor results.

One of my friends, however, only got laser and it fixed it. Ive tried a lot of methods to fix these scars and it seems like laser is the only way, unless you go some extreme topical way but at that point laser would be much safer.
