I have been doing the Keto diet for about 8 months and it's one of the few things that is really working for me. I've always struggled with those last 60 lbs...
This is great and I can eat basically everything that is high fat/protein. I just avoid sugar and most carbs. I can have cheese, bacon, eggs, turkey, ham, some avacado, even ice cream! The fat is melting away and I have more energy. (Mine is a modified keto because I do have vegetables and fruit periodically) On this diet I don't feel hungry, and am able to maintain a natural caloric deficit without feeling deprived.
