You can't be serious, it looks like utter dogshit. It looks like some 5 dollar contacts from AliExpress but they inject ink into your cornea, you can't even get it removed if shit goes wrong like an iris implant
And this is the best this method has to offer, just fucking lol. That being said, laser is the best option but you can't aspire to a striking color unless you have a great base (green or hazel)

I advocate for it if they actually look good. I mentioned previously that the Siesta Black Bliss Cafe are good hazel-ish contacts and the green Dancer Tilting look good on dark eyes, albeit not on lighter ones. Siesta is a good brand, watch ColorCl youtube reviews they usually do try-ons
