Keratosis Pialris

Hey I have this skin condition thing known as keratosis Pilaris on both my arms aka red irarratated dotty skin. Does anyone have any solutions to fix this as everything by doctor seems ineffective leading me unable to feel confident when sleeping with women

I don't even know what that shit is but it seems like no joke. Go to keratosis Pilaris subreddit and seek help there. Reddit is bluepilled shithole but they know real cures for people with various conditions unlike here you will hear that you are incel and you should rope.
