I would also say its noticable on my legs, but its not as important as the other areas

Have that shit on my arms it’s the fckn worst. Use a kp exfoliating scrub and then moisturize

how long did it take to improve?
Even after the first scrub my arms felt smoother and less bumpy. You’ll notice results after the first couple uses but it’s crucial to moisturize afterwards especially if you are considering uses it on large areas of your body.

What product did u use for moisturizing?

I have that shit terrible on my calves.

Keratosis Pilaris essentially means pillars of keratin buildup in your pores.

It's slight on the back of my arms. I've read that amlactin lotion is good for it due to the high lactic acid content.

Removing dead skin cells is supposedly key, and the "pillars" of keratin are caused by plugged pores.

  • Alpha hydroxyl acid
  • Glycolic acid
  • Lactic acid
  • A retinoid (adapalene, retinol, tazarotene, tretinoin)
  • Salicylic acid
  • Urea

Got the XL on amazon for like 30 bucks. It’s pretty good but you’re not supposed to use it every day
The active ingredients in this are AHA, Glycolic acid, and Lactic acid. If you cant afford this, you can try exfoliating and moisturizing.

Anecdotally I have found that having even a slight tan completely eliminates the KP bumps. Not sure why. Also I'm pretty sure KP is genetic. If you stop treating it, it comes back.
