keratosis pilaris treatment

i have keratosis pilaris on my triceps (build up of keratin which plugs hair follicles) and it makes my physique look even worse than it already is anyone suffered from this before and if so what can i use to treat it

you can use epiduo (adapalene + bp), just ask your general practitioner for a prescription. apply once a day at night
